     Some foods can magically melt kilos away has been around for a long time, there are foods that help us burn calories and quash hunger pangs.  By controlling overeating you can be healthy.  Here is the foods that fight fat with suitable justification.

1. Grape Fruit:

General Thought:  Grapefruits melt away the kilos, grapefruits fight fat and lower cholesterol.

The Fact:

  • They are powerful fat fighter due to its high fibre content.
  • without added sugar, a grapefruit has fewer calories than an Orange of the same weight.

Advantage:

     Phytochemicals and soluble fibre in citrus fruits lower cholesterol.

2. Celery:

General thought: Celery is packed with water and has “Negative Calories”.

The Fact:

  • Celery has vitamin E and C
  • It is a diet food
  • It should be an everyone's plate.
  • Start champing: you burn more calories chewing and digesting celery than it actually contains.

The Advantages:

     Vegetables high in phytochemicals (celery, broccoli) can help prevent cancer.

3. Apples:

5. Spinach:

6. Chilies

General thought: It not only add kick your salad but also adds body ability to burn calories for hours.

Capsaicin – a compound found in chillies.

It increases the energy which burns during digestion.

At the same time don’t overdose chillies with your food then you want to wash it down with a basketful of bread.

7. Low – FAT milk:

General thought: When human ingest enough calcium, the body breaks down fat more efficiently.

Calcium rich foods do seem to boost metabolism

Women and girls who consume dairy products regularly have lower weight and less body fat than those who don’t.

The Advantage:

Women consuming plenty of calcium rich dairy foods slashed their ovarian – cancer risk by 54 percent.
